Tim Holland lebt in Berlin als Lyriker, Literaturvermittler und Co-Verleger des hochroth Verlags München. In seinem jüngsten Gedichtband „wir zaudern, wir brennen“ (Matthes & Seitz Berlin / Rohstoff 2022) erforscht er neue Formen des Zusammenlebens in einer nahen Zukunft. Unter dem Titel „Die drei Jahreszeiten“ wurde das Langgedicht auch als kinetische Installation umgesetzt (Premiere Poesiefestival Berlin 2023).

Vocations – open space 2024 organises four evenings of radically open transdisciplinary experiments and collaborations at the interface between music, sound and poetry at silent green Kulturquartier’s event space Kuppelhalle (29.5. / 8.7. / 9.10. / 3.12.). As a meeting place for Berlin’s contemporary poetry and music scenes, Vocations offers an open space to up to twenty artists to perform at any one time, combining a wide variety of musical and vocal practices based on or rooted in poetry.
