Ruget, Maud

Maud Ruget was born in Dijon (France) in 1990 and has lived in Berlin since 2016. She writes in French, German and English. Her work takes various forms (prose, radio plays, poetry). Her main interests are zoo- and ecopoetics and post-traumatic writing. She received a grant from the Association Beaumarchais. In the summer of 2023, she was France’s candidate in the literature category at the Francophonie Games. Most recently, her two poems “Origin” and “the myth” were published in the trilingual poetry collection “Brabbeln, Babillages, Balbucear” in a German translation by Julia Dorsch (Siesta Verlag Berlin 2023).
