Monika Rinck (c) Ute Rinck

Monika Rinck, born in 1969 in Zweibrücken. She writes poetry, prose and essays and works as a translator. She has received several awards, including the Berlin Art Prize for Literature in 2012, the City of Münster Prize for International Poetry (together with Eugene Ostashevsky and Uljana Wolf) in 2019, and the Berlin Literature Prize in 2021.
