ariel rosé is a poet, essayist and illustrator originally from Poland, resident of norway, based in berlin. They is the author and illustrator of the books “Morze nocą jest mięśniem serca” (PIW 2022, Eng.: The sea at night is a heart muscle) and “Północ. Przypowieści (Znak 2019, Eng.: North: Parables). Both books were published under the name Alicja Rosé. ariel rosé has received several awards in Poland for their book illustrations, including a nomination for the 2015 Most Beautiful Book Award and the 2018 Warsaw Literature Prize.
