prabala-joslin, avrina
அவ்ரீனா பிரபலா-ஜாஸ்லின் / avrina prabala-joslin (1992, Tamil Nadu) or (avrina and the invisible ones) are many poets, spirits and voices sharing one body. They write places, beings and times. Obsessed with memories that pervade and evade, often of childhood, avrina is an ebb and flow of desire for the sea. avrina won the Short Fiction / University of Essex International Short Story Prize, and has works nominated for the Indiana Review Fiction Prize, Radical Art Review Contest, the Berlin Writing Prize and the Desperate Literature Short Fiction Prize. A bardic poet, avrina has read at/for MbIFL Kerala, Bangalore Literature Festival, poesiefestival Berlin, Prosanova Hildesheim, etc.
