Mireia Casanyes, born 1998 in Valls, Catalonia, lives in Berlin and is a writer, poet and literature researcher. She is interested in the avantgarde movements, the interartistic dialogue and posthumanism and is the author of the poetry collection “L’ombra forana” (Món de Llibres Publishers 2021), which won the Manacor City Prize. She took part in the Young and Open Poems workshops in 2022 and 2023 and published some of her German-language poems in the workshop anthology. Mireia Casanyes is also the co-creator of the artistic collective Alum with Carla Marco.
